This One's for Kathleen!

 WELCOME TO TUPELO!

This is the "world" famous Tupelo Buffalo Park that is right across the street from where we live. Tabitha and I have spent the past 2 days exploring everything that this city has to offer including the local Wal-mart: where I ran the buggy into a pot hole in the middle of the store, the movie theater: where movie tickets are only $6.50!, and Logan's steakhouse: nothing really special there, besides the fact that our waiter was wearing a Nascar cap.
We have complied a TO DO list for our time here that includes visiting...

1. The house that THE King was born in (Elvis Presley of course!)
2. The Buffalo Park
3. Mall at Barnes Crossing; complete with all the typical mall stores
4. Natchez Trace Parkway; 444 mile road running from Natchez to Nashville that has been used by Indians, explorers, and settlers.
5. Tupelo Veterans Museum
6. Tupelo Automotive Museums
7. Tupelo National Battlefield, the last major Civil War Battle in MS
8. AND YOU KNOW that living with Tabitha could not be complete without a country music concert so we will be exploring the Bancorp Arena on Feb 5 with our friends Chris Young, Luke Bryan, and Rascal Flatts!

We have every intention of exploring all of the above named places and bringing all of you eager readers an inside look. Just a little something for all of you to look forward to! :)

To our fellow classmates and members of DOUBLESTICKS, enjoy the first day of our last clinical rotation tomorrow! 2011 truly belongs to us!

XOXO,
Ashley

No worries, you'll be seeing more of the buffalo, zebras, and longhorn steer!
